Okay so um, and it's a good thing you called me reached out to me okay that's a good habit okay when I say that I mean I tell people this all the time don't do anything without checking with me first okay John Wayne I will, and then they call me up hey I just bought this thing for ten grand should I've done that no why didn't you ask me first well you know they just sounded so good it's like yeah sometimes I feel like I'm talking to my children yeah yeah I remember last time I had meat was before last year of me and my daughter when I was first I was getting started I know you're saying about you know subcontractors going to work at they may not get paid, and they know they kind of crackdown on doing stuff like that, and you know it just so happened this is my first time around also contracting with this yes uh was that uh hurt my down in Key West and man is like absolutely no I'm still waiting on a paycheck right and I think I keep getting these excuses out the excuses at excuses well this is what you can do about it a couple of options you can take the first option is to you know negotiate with the supplier with a prime contractor it's just several ways you can go about that I mean they're saying you know if it's been months since you've been paid, and you deserve to be paid you can go to the prime and say look I need to get paid if I don't get paid I'm going to the Government Accountability Office the GAO, and I'm going to register a complaint, and I're going to do an investigation, so I hope you don't have a 8a or a Zone that you're trying to keep because if they do an audit and find out you're cheating you're going to lose your a day you're going to lose your Zone you could be kicked off your GSA schedule so why don't you just pay me and let's be done with this that's your first option is just try and bring the hammer down and threatened them with because if they're doing it they're not paying you more than likely they're not paying other vendors, and they're doing all kinds of shady stuff and hoping they don't get caught so the last thing they want is the GAO up their master or to be audited on there a day, and they're there Zone or there GSA you know I mean no one wants to get audited even if you're even if you would legitimate you're not doing anything wrong you still don't want to get audited oh yeah I had one guy tell me that he was audited because of a similar situation like this were a subcontractor he had a disagreement the subcontractor, and they told me wasn't it the auditor showed up, and he said the auditor literally told all of his employees to go home and stayed there for like four days going through everything, and he's like we couldn't do business literally could not do business for four days, and its auditor was like I need food bring me something to drink it was a real jerk about it, you know yeah um so knowing what you wouldn't leave it but yeah yeah no one wants to be audited you know, so that's your first step is too...
